In this special lunchtime yoga class we will be flowing though a gentle sequence of standing and seated yoga poses that focus on stretching out tight muscles. We will also focus on developing flexibility and balance in our bodies and minds.
A guided meditation and breathing exercise will be included to help you to let go and fully relax, ready to go back to work feeling refreshed.
This class is open to all levels- whether it is your first or 100th yoga class!
